How to Spot a Real One

Single-stitch hems are your first clue — most tees switched to double-stitch after '96. The print should look like it's been through a washing machine a thousand times, because it has. Tags: look for Giant, Anvil, or Screen Stars. If it says Gildan, it's modern.
